LiveArt Marketplace operates a zero-tolerance policy on copyright infringement, forgery, and unauthorised reproduction. Rights holders can submit a takedown request directly below.

Zero-tolerance on infringement & forgery

Every artist on LiveArt Marketplace passes through an authentication review before a single listing reaches collectors. We verify identity, portfolio provenance, and copyright attestations under penalty of perjury. Any listing later determined to infringe a third-party right is removed and the artist's account is permanently suspended.

What we honour

We honour DMCA 17 U.S.C. § 512, the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790), and equivalent jurisdictional frameworks. Our counter-notice process is documented and timestamped. Repeat-infringer accounts are terminated.
